Meet Jim & Jean Way — Your Sanibel & Fort Myers Hosts

Hello from Chanhassen, Minnesota! We’re Jim and Jean Way — proud parents, grandparents of nine, great grandparents of one, and former owners of a family-run tool rental business back home. When Minnesota winters start to bite, we trade snow for sand and spend our favorite months soaking up the sunshine.

After vacationing in Florida for over fifteen years, we fell in love with the Sanibel/Fort Myers laid-back charm, hot temps, peaceful beaches, and incredible sunsets. We found condos that have the perfect blend of location, comfort, safety and community.
